TERMS & CONDITIONS
Property Conditions: Customer is responsible for identifying and marking all sprinkler heads, irrigation systems, drainage structures, landscape lighting, invisible pet fences, utility boxes, and other hidden obstacles prior to service. The Company is not responsible for damage to unmarked or concealed property features.
Lawn Care Services: Customer agrees to remove debris, toys, pet waste, and personal property from service areas before scheduled service. The Company shall not be liable for damage resulting from hidden objects, underground systems, or pre-existing property conditions.
Pressure Washing Services: Customer acknowledges that pressure washing may reveal pre-existing defects, including oxidation, faded paint, loose paint, cracked surfaces, damaged mortar, deteriorated wood, or water intrusion issues. The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from normal cleaning processes where pre-existing defects exist. Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Weather Delays: Services may be postponed due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond the Company's control.
Payment Terms: Payment is due at the agreed upon terms. For large projects a 33% deposit may be required. For most projects, the payment shall be paid in full upon the completion of services. Unpaid balances may incur late fees and collection costs.
Photography Authorization: Customer authorizes the Company to take before-and-after photographs for documentation, quality control, and dispute resolution purposes.
Limitation of Liability: Liability for any claim arising from services performed shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of the service. Any payment that is not recieved on time will incur $25 late fee every 7 days. Any accounts over 30 days past due may be subject to service suspension until the balance is paid in full. Any account of 90 days may be subject to legal action.
